Keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront , Malzemeci offers the right to return and exchange the products you purchase under the following conditions.

1. Return Period

  • You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date .

  • For a return request, it is sufficient to send the product to us or deliver it to our store.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products to be returned must be sent with their original packaging, invoice and all accessories .

  • The product may have been opened or operated for testing purposes , but there should be no signs of use, scratches, breaks or missing parts .

  • Returns of products that are damaged beyond resale will not be accepted.

  • Returns will not be accepted for disposable products, personal protective equipment (e.g. masks, earplugs, gloves) and hygiene products if the packaging has been opened.

3. Return Method

  • Return by cargo (mandatory) → You can return the product free of charge/for a fee via the contracted cargo company.

  • Return in store → If you wish, you can hand-deliver the product to our head office in Bursa.

  • Drop-off points → Returns are also possible via contracted drop-off points.

4. Refund

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your payment will be refunded to you within 5 business days at the latest .

  • Refunds are made via the payment method you used in your order (credit card, debit card, money order, etc.).

5. Restocking Fee

  • The material seller does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

  • No extra fee will be charged to the customer for the return.

6. Exchange

  • You can request a product exchange instead of a return.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days .
